Wallis Ranch is a place that reminds you what true community is all about. And it all starts with the people who make it home.
To give a glimpse into the real lives and real-life happiness at Wallis Ranch, we met with the residents themselves to see how they live and what they live for. First up—Jason, Jennie and Jacob.
A typical Sunday for this family starts with a trip to the community garden. This one-time fun outing soon became a family tradition, where they pick lettuce for sandwiches and salads while getting in some quality family time.
Then it’s back to their home at Ivy Oak—their place to live, laugh and love. On any given day, you might find them playing a game in the great room or cooking together in the kitchen. With more room for everything and a great school district, moving to Ivy Oak was more than a business decision—it was the right one for them.
Having been residents at Wallis Ranch for a couple months now, they just celebrated Jacob’s first birthday—a day spent at the park eating cake and catching up with friends, neighbors and family—and they can’t wait for all the many more celebrations to come.
This is real life, real happenings, real happiness. This is their story at Wallis Ranch.
